The Duncan Chamber of Commerce is proud to support and celebrate women across Duncan and Stephens County through the Women’s Leadership Network (WLN). This initiative exists to empower women, foster strong connections, and create meaningful opportunities for growth—whether you’re a professional in business, education, healthcare, or simply passionate about making a difference in your community.
Get Involved
There are many ways to plug in! You can join the WLN Committee, which meets monthly to plan and coordinate impactful events, or attend one of our four signature quarterly events. Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to bring women together in a supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional development.

- Women’s Social Hours
- Casual, come-and-go events focused on networking and relationship-building in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. It’s a fun way to meet new people, grow your circle, and connect with fellow women in the community. Volunteer to host a Women’s Social Hour TODAY!
- Women’s Forum
The all-day Women’s Forum is our premier event—dedicated to personal growth, leadership development, and empowerment. Featuring an inspiring keynote speaker and a variety of breakout sessions tailored to the issues women care about most, the Forum provides a full day of learning, connection, and encouragement.
